Drew Dickson
CIO & Managing Director

Andrew (Drew) Dickson is the founder of Albert Bridge Capital, and CIO of the Alpha Europe funds. He has over 20 years of industry experience, and previously was a partner in the asset management division of Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP).

Mr Dickson started his investment management career at Fidelity Investments, before moving to Och-Ziff, then founding Dickson Capital Management, a firm ultimately acquired by PWP in 2012.

Mr. Dickson holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was a research assistant for behavioral economist Richard Thaler, as well as a Bachelor's from Purdue University.

Matt Baredes
Analyst

Most recently, Matthew (Matt) Baredes was an analyst and portfolio manager at Social Capital where he managed an equity portfolio following a concentrated value strategy with a quality bias.

Prior to Social Capital, Mr. Baredes was an analyst at Steinberg Asset Management, a long-only value-oriented investment firm based in New York.

Mr. Baredes holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a member of the Value Investing Program, as well as a Bachelor’s from the University of Miami.  

Toby Bloom
Analyst

Previously, Tobias (Toby) Bloom was an analyst at Nantahala Capital Management. Beforehand, he had investment experience at Nishkama Capital and Gabelli Funds; where he focused primarily on technology, media, and telecom investments.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Bloom worked in Zurich, Switzerland in acquisitions for a reinsurance firm, and has also been a management consultant focused on technology investments.

Mr Bloom holds an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School as well as a Bachelor’s from the University of Michigan. He is also a CFA charterholder.
